The juice obtained flows into the integrated collection tank beneath the press. The pump then transfers the juice from the press to the desired tank for further processing. The pressing process is continuous.

- The most revolutionary feature of our POWERPRESS belt press line is that the belt presses come with an integrated pump and juice collection tank. This means you save money and don’t need a separate juice collection tank and pump, which would otherwise take up a lot of space and cause additional costs.
- The apple juice yield using our belt press is 75%.
- There is a filtration screen integrated into the juice collection tank. It filters the juice, providing a clearer and purer product.
- The machine operates automatically: when the mash inlet tank is full, the other machines upstream of the belt press automatically shut down. When the juice tank is full, the pump automatically transfers the juice to the storage tanks.
- The belt press includes a high-pressure washer, which continuously cleans the machine’s press. Our belt washing system is simple, containing no motors or gearboxes, thus extending its lifespan and reducing service costs.
- After use, the belt press should be washed manually with a jet of water. A complete washing process takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Washing is simple, and all parts of the belt press can be easily removed without any tools.
- POWERPRESS 800/1200/1500/3000 have an openable pneumatic cover which makes the machine washing process easier.
- The band tension is adjustable.
- Easy to clean, with no enclosed or inaccessible spaces. All parts are easy to assemble.
- The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has adjustable feet.
