La prensa de banda POWERPRESS 300 está diseñada para prensar puré de frutas, bayas y verduras. El puré de frutas es llevado sobre la cinta, que lo aprieta contra los terraplenes.

The POWERPRESS 300 belt press is designed for pressing fruit, berry, and vegetable purees. The fruit puree is conveyed onto the belt, which presses it against the rollers.
The resulting juice flows into a small collection tank located beneath the press, which has a filtration screen at the top. An external pump or a pumped juice collection tank then transfers the juice from the press to the desired storage tank or directly to the ROCKET pasteurizer for further processing. The pressing process is continuous.

- The most evolutionary feature of our POWERPRESS 300 belt press is a huge pressing shaft, which allows the machine to maintain a longer pressing time (the belt length is 4900 mm) and the huge dimensions of the shaft squeeze the juice efficiently, saving costs and space.
- The juice yield from apples using our belt press is approximately 65-75%. The yield depends largely on the freshness and variety of the fruit.
- The juice collection tank has an integrated filtration screen. Because of this, the 300 belt press filters the juice even during the pressing stage, resulting in a cleaner, purer product.
- The belt press includes a high-pressure washer that continuously cleans the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, containing no motors or gearboxes, thus extending its lifespan and reducing service costs.
- The adjustable fruit inlet lever allows the fruit puree to easily reach the shaft.
- The crushed fruit puree can be supplied from MAXIMILL or directly from a bucket or basket.
- After use, the tape press should be washed manually with a jet of water. A complete washing process takes about 15 minutes. Washing is simple, and all parts of the tape press can be easily removed without tools.
- The belt tension is adjustable.
- The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has adjustable feet.
